To go out of your mind at least once a day is tremendously important. By going out of your mind, you come to your senses.
I can confirm this works. I’ve been losing my mind regularly for a while now, or maybe I lost it a long time ago and am just now catching up to that fact… but that ability to let go, step outside yourself and see things as they are is powerful and freeing. I need to really do it more often still.
