The other half of this quote from the former IBM chairman reads “And in IBM, we try not to tame them.” The nature of most (maybe all?) businesses is that they eventually, for one reason or another end up taming their wild ducks. Or as seems to be the case right now, hanging so many of them out to dry.

This one makes me feel very seen.
