The “Contemporary Color” official program invites readers to learn about color guards by celebrating the collaborations between artists including David Byrne, St. Vincent and tUnE-yArDs and ten of the region’s best color guard teams. La Moutique traveled to Dayton, Ohio, to capture imagery from the Winter Guard International Championships.
These images became key elements in each of the ten collages, and posters in the program were later shared with audiences at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, and the Luminato Festival in Toronto.
